Hokkaido-ya adopts self service kiosk by TabSquare
Hokkaido-ya, a Singapore-based Japanese Restaurant just opened in VivoCity, serving up its Hokkaido-inspired menu through TabSquare’s SmartKiosk. The self-service kiosk ordering system offers an interactive way of engaging diners in their ‘in-restaurant’ experience.

Once it has been ordered through it, the next visit only requires scanning the face in front of the machine to log into the system. Smart, it will remember the last meal you ordered and visit it several times. It will also recommend dishes that you may like based on your preference. Ordering is more time-saving and convenient.”
